Loaded with pink and white blossoms in spring followed by light green fruit with splashes of colour in autumn. Medium sized fruit with white crisp juicy flesh. Slightly tart flavour. Can be biannual fruitier if fruit is not thinned.
The Kiwiapple dwarf varieties are great for container growing or if you're short of space. Growing to just two metres tall with a mop head habit. Good natural disease resistance means little spraying is required, and little or no pruning is needed.
Pollination with another apple is required, however in urban areas there are usually trees close enough for pollination.
Best grown in full sun in free draining soil rich in organic matter. Fruit trees need at least 6 hours full sun.
